Talk Therapy

Often referred to as ‘Traditional Therapy”, talk therapy refers to a variety of treatments that aim to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Group Therapy

Group therapy allows the treatment of multiple clients at once. Our goal is to provide a sense of belonging and relatability for all of our group participants.

Perinatal Therapy

Perinatal counseling provides emotional support and treatment for women (and couples) struggling with pregnancy and parenting adjustment, a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder (such as perinatal depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder or post-traumatic stress syndrome), or grief related to infertility or perinatal loss.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic technique that uses bilateral stimulation to help process and resolve traumatic memories. It has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of trauma such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and has been found to be faster and more effective than other forms of therapy for treating trauma.

Solutions Focused

Short term goal focused approach that helps clients problem solve and find solutions through collaboration.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapists use an assortment of evidence-based treatments to help people improve their sex lives. Most often, they use psychotherapy (commonly known as talk therapy), which involves building a talking relationship to establish and assess your feelings, thoughts and behaviors.
